Roofed with thatch and decorated in an African style, the meeting and conference facility at the Heritage Golf & Spa Resort has an area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 80 people in a theatre configuration. Legends
Legends offers an air-conditioned conference room (45 sq metres) which can accommodate up to 24 to 30 people, depending upon the seating configuration. The conference room is made available to residents free of charge. Standard equipment is also available to residents at no costs and includes a WIFI connection, a 35mm slide projector, an overhead projector, a video recorder, a DVD player, a microphone, a video projector, flip charts, a lectern and a wall mounted screen. Other accessories, including secretarial services, are available on request.

Beau Rivage
Beau Rivage offers excellent facilities for incentive groups and team building activities. Two conference rooms are available:
- L’Atlantide (135 sq metres) is air-conditioned and offers seating capacity of 80 participants theatre-style or 40 participants boardroom-style.
- L’Océanide (26 sq metres) can accommodate 14 participants in seated boardroom-style.
Standard equipment is provided on a complimentary basis to residents, including flip charts, retro projector, lectern, DVD player, video projector and wall mounted screen. Other accessories, including WIFI connection, can be made available on request (for a fee).

Room 'Arsenal': 20 sqm (maximum 12 persons board room style)

Les Pavillons has an air–conditioned conference room (55 sq metres) which can accommodate 40 people seated theatre–style and 20 seated boardroom style. There is no charge for hotel residents. Standard equipment is available free of charge for residents and includes a slide projector, video and DVD players, a microphone, a flip chart, a lectern and wall–mounted screen. WIFI access is available for a fee. Other items can be made available on request and for a fee. Secretarial services, fax and photocopying services are also available.
